Here at the VenderBoys we always try to achieve 100% customer satisfaction!

Within our refund policy we try to offer a 100% refund on customers that aren't happy with there product, we will happily refund/replace once we have received the stock back of what the customer isn't happy about and confirm it was sent by us.

This is exclusive of;

Standard shipping as thats at buyers own risk and we offer tracked shipping to avoid this happening.

Failure to return product.

Returning an opened item that is sent as a sealed item.

Returning cards in a condition or different rarity then what was sent.

Giving wrong address information.

Changing mind after sale.

Contacting us 7 days after items deilivery.

We do not pay for the return shipping of items unless the item is a larger sealed item to which we will split the shipping cost 50/50.

Any items that come back to be replaced / swapped for the same item will be given free tracked shipping unless larger item then we will split the cost 50/50 with the buyer.

DISCLAIMER:

Most of our Cards are Mint / Near Mint, if you are looking for cards to grade you should message us direct for more information about the card/s in question for any sort of grading purposes like condition centering etc, as we aren't a store that grades or knows 100% what to look for when grading only the basics.

Failing to follow any of the rules above may result in a refund not being able to be processed.

Shipping

Most shipping will be sent out within 24 - 48 hrs of purchase.

This will be Exclusive of;

Public holidas / Long weekends

Special orders / custom orders as these can take a few days to put together.

Products that have special release dates and times they are allowed to be sold.

Items that may be on back order or preorder and awaiting for stock to arrive

DISCLAIMER

Shipping prices will vary due to either the weight or price of Item/s.

Some items may have free shipping available or else there is a pre set of selected shipping prices based on weight or price.

Any items lost, stolen or damaged isn't The VenderBoys responsibility to replace or refund unless we are at fault which can range to how and item is packaged or incorrect address put on delivery order. Any refunds / claim for items that may be subject to these have to be redirected to correct person/s whether that is your courier, post office o. local police station

Hey everyone,

We started out like most playing the game and falling in love with the art. We have supplied many players and collectors over the last 2 years and look forward to supplying many more!

We are now taking the next step into the retail side of things with sealed products / sleeves / deck boxes plus much more to go along with our singles.
